Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Cancellations

All courses must be paid for in full at time of registration.

Cancellations may be accepted up to 1 weeks (7 calendar days) before a scheduled course.

Cancellations within the 1-week (7 calendar days) window will be accepted if, and only if, we are able to fill your spot. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations are not accepted within 48 hours of a session. If notification of course withdrawal is received less than 5 business days before the course commences, no refund will be given.

If you do not show up for a class, the full fee is forfeited.)

Reschedules

Reschedules will be freely accepted up to 1 week (7 calendar days) before a session but if you reschedule a second time a $50.00 service charge will apply.

If a student elects to transfer to a different course date, 7 calendar days notice must be given. Reschedules requested less than 1 week (7 calendar days) before the session are subject to a $75.00 service charge.

SafetyNET recognizes that there may be extenuating circumstances, and we will always do our best to accommodate students in those situations.

If you do not show up for a class, the full fee is forfeited.
